Confirm Availability

Enter your destination, anticipated arrival date and the number nights you intend to stay.  Please indicate how many adults and children* in your party. Then, click on CHECK AVAILABILITY

We will immediately indicate which accommodation is available within your selected dates and the respective prices two to three days before and after your initial selection - allowing you to decide if alternative dates also suit your needs. 

Please then confirm your reservation details and make your payments.

* Children = these rates apply to guests younger than twelve (12) years old.  Assumption is maximum two children sharing a room with one adult.

Making Payments

Once you have chosen dates, room type and any promotion package, the booking engine will produce an online confirmation with a unique reference number. You can then choose to either process your payments online through Lonrho Hotels, or alternatively you can make arrangements to process the payment via other means, i.e. Electronic Funds Transfers, Direct Deposit etc. Remember to forward your proof of payment along with your unique booking reference number to the appropriate hotel's attention in order to confirm your booking.

Accommodation bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of confirmation of payment.

Manage my Booking

If you wish to make amendments to an existing booking, log on to the online booking engine using your unique booking reference number and your email address. The existing details of your current booking will appear. Please note that accommodation rates may vary with your arrival and departure dates.

The details of your amendments will be actioned once you click the Confirmation button.
